Herez my review. I'm more into tech issues :). Boring ha?
1) You are doing a great job with your blog. It has a technorati ranking of 369,340 which is cool, considering the age of the blog.
There are a few technical things you might want to consider improving.
1) You need to add keywords & description meta tags to the blog. This helps search engine to rank your site appropriately for the specific keywords you provide. Do a research before you decide on any keywords, though. keywords are as important to websites as names are to babies.
2) The more inbound links, the better your blog ranks. You presently have 3. Work towards getting more inbound links.
3) Alexa ranking is something you can improve without much hard work. My post on this is scheduled on 27th sep'08, if you need tips.
4) Google spider visited your blog on 20th sep, but couldn't index any pages. Submitting an xml sitemap will help.
5) Blog theme is cool. But there are 2 things I want to point out. header is beautiful but occupying lot f highly valuable space. You might want to use the top blank space on header for a newsletter opt-in form or you could even move menu to the top.
