When it comes to success, you can’t do it alone – and why would you want to?

Ganja Greetings & Stoner Salutations,

Yesterday at Toronto Old City Hall Courthouse Canada's federal government withdrew all charges against medicinal marijuana user, outdoor marijuana grower, activist, writer and all around swell single guy Matt Mernagh and his co-accused baby face indoor ganja grower Eric "Straight Out of" Compton. The weed loving duo, who occupied a pot penthouse atop The Vancouver Building were stunned stoners when federal prosecutors opted to withdraw all their cannabis charges.

Including growing outdoor marijuana, growing indoor marijuana, selling marijuana, possessing a small amount of pot, and possessing seven pounds of weed.

Mernagh, a medicinal marijuana user, spent 13 days in Toronto's The Don Jail. He's currently suffering from a chronic pain fibromyalgia flare up.

Compton and Mernagh grew great outdoor marijuana on their balcony. Thirty seven marijuana plants with many different marijuana types in total. Soaking up beautiful outdoor sunshine. The organic weed growers, who used some of the best marijuana seeds available, choose a variety of marijuana strains.

They grew marijuana outdoors, Mango, Desert Queen, a Vancouver Island Seed Company mix, Early Wonder Skunk, Jack Herer, and Jordan of the Island's Blue Velvet.

All premier marijuana strains.

Criminal defense lawyer Paul Lewin, who anticipated receiving disclosure or evidence to be called at trial was speechless.

"Maybe they fear Matt Mernagh."

The federal prosecutor was not contacted prior to yesterday's court appearance. Making their decision to withdraw all the more dramatic.

Mernagh's writing has frequently appeared in Toronto alteekly NOW. Six days ago the journalist appeared on Toronto's CFRB talk radio the Jim Richards Show.

The shocked trio received courthouse salutations from fellow criminal defense lawyers who asked if the case involved medicinal marijuana and a Health Canada license. Mernagh is not an official Health Canada cannabis card holder, but an active advocate of cannabis for medicinal use.

He's a longstanding member of Toronto Compassion Centre.

Compton and Mernagh immediately began using their Blackberry's to post the news on social media sites Twitter and Facebook. The response is overwhelming. With congrats rolling in seconds after Mernagh's Tweet.

Forbidden from associating by bail the duo got gunned on weed. Inhaling such great strains as Niagara which has a little Northern Lights in it.

They were reeling from the effects of marijuana at 11 a.m. at Toronto's premier bud destination Vapor Central.

Hitting an assortment of bongs. And packing plenty of weed in the Volcano Vaporizer.

Toke down Yongesterdam!

I Volcano Vaporizer The Chronic,

Cuz I Got The Chronic Pain

Mernagh
